California Assemblywoman fights back against assault on students’ freedom of association

Can you imagine walking into your campus conservative club and finding out that a school rule required you to let a liberal take over? What about a Christian club now run by an atheist? California State Universities’ “open membership” rules are causing these seemingly comical problems to become imminent realities. However, groups like InterVarsity and Assemblywoman Shannon Grove are working to protect these student run groups.
