Is millenial unemployment driven by Baby Boomers’ hardships?

According to Robert Romano of the Americans for Limited Government, the answer is yes. He shows that young people have been employed less than they were 2000, and at the same time, the percentage of people age 55 and up who are working has increased. He asserts that reduced retirement savings and increased debt has triggered this group to work longer, adding competition for new job seekers.
